- https://dc.crsorgi.gov.in/crs/
- Login >> Click on Apply for General Public.
- Click on Sign Up to create an account.
- Enter your name, gender and date of birth and click on Apply Next.
- Select your state, district, tehsil in the address section.
- Select city and village.
- Select your village or ashram.
- Enter the full address including PIN code and click on Next.
- Enter your Aadhar number and select nationality.
- Accept the Terms & Conditions & click on Next.
- Enter your mobile number & click on Send OTP.
- Verify by entering OTP.
- If you want to link your e-mail ID, then enter the e-mail ID and captcha code and click on Send OTP.
- Click on the link given to receive the e-mail and click to submit.
How to
download birth certificate

- Click on the home page to login.
- Login to the page with mobile number and OTP.
- If you have previously applied online through this portal, then you can download your birth certificate in the self-reported application.
- If you have not applied online through this portal, then you can do it by clicking on the application of the vendor search birth register in the section of birth with your search details.
- After searching, if your name matches then click on the download button.
