Recently, Mera Ration app has been updated and Mera Ration 2.0 app has been launched, in which you can also manage your members sitting at home, like adding or removing a member from the ration card, etc., you can do this work only with the help of an app. If you also want to add a new member to your ration card sitting at home, then first of all you have to download Mera Ration 2.0 App in your mobile.

 

With the help of this app, you can check the status of e-KY of all the members in your ration sitting at home, for which you do not have to pay any fee. Recently, the government has updated the Mera Ration app, with the help of which you can manage all the members of the family sitting at home.

 

How to Add New Member by Mera Ration 2.0 Apps

 

The process of logging in to this app is very easy, in which you can log in to the portal only through Aadhar card and after logging in, you can get many information related to ration card sitting at home.

 

  • Install Mera Ration 2.0 App by clicking on the Play Store button.
  • Login to the app through Aadhar card number and OTP.
  • Click on the Manage Family Detail option in the My Profile section.
  • Click on the Add New Member option.
  • On clicking on Add Family Member, you have to enter the information of the new member in 9 steps

Personal Detail

 

  1. Enter your name in English as per Aadhar Card.
  2. Enter your name in your local language as per Aadhar Card.
  3. Select your gender.
  4. Enter the date of birth.
  5. After entering DOB in the Age section, it will appear automatically.
  6. Enter your mother and father's name in English and local language.
  7. Select your marital status.
  8. Select nationality.
  9. Enter mobile number and email ID for contact and click on Next option.

 

General Detail

 

  • If the member has a voter ID card, then enter the EPIC number.
  • If the member is registered under National Population, then enter its number.
  • If the member is registered under MANREGA, then tick the box and enter the job card number.
  • If the member has an Aadhaar card under UIDAI, then tick the box and enter the Aadhaar number and click on the Next option.

 

Professional Detail

 

  1. Select your occupation.
  2. If your occupation is not in the list, then click on the Not Available option.
  3. Enter the annual income of the family and click on the Next option.
  4. Additional Detail
  5. Select your category.
  6. Select your relationship with the head of the familys.
  7. Upload a copy of the caste certificate and click on the Next option.

 

Bank Detail

 

  • If you have an account in any bank, then tick the box.
  • Enter the bank account number.
  • Select the name of the bank and its branch.
  • Enter the IFSC code of the bank branch & click on the Next option.

 

Member Physical Detail

 

  • If there is a disabled member in your family, then tick the box, otherwise click on the Next option and proceed.
  • If there is a disabled member in your family, then enter his details and upload the disability certificate and click on Next.

 

Critical Illness Detail

 

  • If any member in your family is suffering from a serious illness, then tick the check box otherwise click on the Next option.

 

  • If any member in your family is suffering from a serious illness, then enter the details related to the disease and its treatment and upload the certificate and click on the Next option.

 

Member Attached Enclosure Detail

 

  1. Select address proof in Enclosure.
  2. Enter the address proof document number.
  3. Enter the selection of document issue date.
  4. Upload a copy of the relevant address proof.
  5. Enter the selection of document in Identity Proof.
  6. Enter the identity proof number and issue date.
  7. Upload a copy of the identity proof and click on the Next option.

 

Disclamation

  • After uploading all the documents, read the summary page and click on the Submit option.
  • With the help of Mera Ration app, you can easily avail the following benefits in the ration card sitting at home such as _

  1. You can add a new member of the family.
  2. You can check the status of e-KYC.
  3. You can download ration card.
  4. You can find the nearest ration shop.
  5. You can manage all the family members.
  6. You can transfer ration card to any place under ONOC.
  7. You can surrender ration card from home.
