Eligibility
- The worker must be registered with the Labor Department.
- The worker or his family should not already have a permanent house.
- The worker should have sufficient land available to build a house.
- No member of the applicant's family should have received the benefit of housing scheme in any department of the Central or State Government.
- The applicant's registration should be at least 5 years old and the age of the worker should not be more than 55 years.
- The worker will get the benefit of this scheme only once in his entire life.

- Certificate of no electricity connection,
- Contribution beyond Rs 250/- should be deposited online,
- Records of desired preference,
- Due to limited supply, the benefits of the scheme will be given on the basis of seniority of the worker.
Benefits Payable
- It will be established only at the address where the registered construction worker has his permanent residence.
- Under this scheme, 02 LED bulbs, 01 solar panel, 01 mobile charger and charger controller will also be installed for the workers.
- All supplied plants will have a guarantee of 05 years.
- The selection/tender process of the plant will be pending at the board level.
