- If you want to apply for ULMIS Labor Registration, you must fulfill the following eligibility criteria.
- You must be a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh.
- The age of the applicant should be between 18 to 60 years.
- To apply for the scheme, one must have worked as a daily wage laborer for at least 90 days in a year and must have a certificate for the same.
- After meeting all these requirements, you can apply for ULMIS registration in UPBOCW.

- Aadhaar Card of the applicant
- Two colored passport size photographs of the applicant.
